Reglementusa

1.	The contestants in each category will appear before the panel of judges together. The judges will then display the scores publicly.
2.	Possible scores are between 5 and 10, with half points possible.
3.	Each judge may award the scores 10, 9.5, and 9 to only one contestant in each category.
4.	The highest and lowest scores for each contestant will not be considered.
5.	There will be no ties for first, second and third place in each category. In the case of identical scores in these places, the winner will be chosen by a further vote of the judges.
6.	Protests against the judges’ decision will lead to disqualification.
7.	All contestants will receive certificates. Trophies will be awarded to the three winners in each category.
8.	Please register by 24 September 2005. Late registrations will be accepted during prejudging from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on 1 October 2005.
9.	The entrance fee of 25.00 Euros is payable at the competition on 1 October 2005.
10.	The entrance fee of 25.00 Euros can also be paid in advance at the time of registration by bank transfer into the bank account set forth below.
